Submissions are delivered by email to Care Home Association and stored in our website administration area. Access is limited to authorized association staff.

We do not sell personal information. Caregiver registry information is not published as a public listing. We may share caregiver information with participating residential care homes only for the purpose of employment inquiries, and we may connect families with our independent referral partner, Quality Care Referral Network LLC, when they request placement assistance. We keep submissions only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete them.
